Baigan Bhaja |
Baigana Bhaja or brinjal fry is one of the easiest and yummiest accompaniments to have for lunch. A typical Odia vegetarian thali would more often than not have this lovely side dish to go with steamed rice, dalma, alu bharta (boiled potatoes mashed and seasoned), saaga bhaja (amaranth leaves steamed and seasoned) and tomato khata.
