Gajar Ki Kheer (Carrot Kheer) |
It took me close to three and a half hours of slow cooking to prepare this Gajar Kheer..... But it was worth the effort ^_^
I used 2.5 litres of milk, 500 gms of carrots, 200 gms of khoya, a little more than 1/2 cup of sugar, green cardamom powder, and dry fruits.
