Yeah it is, my love for carrots is, too :D
My obsession with gajar continues with this Gajar Ka Halwa
People usually take about an hour to prepare this sweet dish but I almost took an eternity (close to three hours)... but again the halwa was worth the time and effort ^_^
Imagine lying on a couch eating warm Gajar Ka Halwa and watching a movie... Could there be a better way to enjoy a Sunday, huh?

Made with 2 kg of carrots ... hihihuhuhaha... So now I have enough to last me for at least 3 days (considering that I visit the refrigerator every 2 hours or so :P)
