Maida Puris with Alu Curry |
Puris (or more specifically Luchis) are my favourites since the time I was a child. More than the usual puris made from atta (unrefined wheat flour), I love the maida puris more. I remember mummy preparing and packing these maida puris with kaalaa chana fry for our school lunch box. I have been a fan ever since.
This morning I had a sudden strong craving for these puris. So I made these maida puris and also made Alu curry (no onion or garlic used) to complement the puris. The combination though was a simple one but together they tasted great.
